Recently, I came across this allrecipes food news article that announced that Costco is selling St. Louise style dry ribs, other than their famous Rotisserie Chicken. The chain’s ribs are a meatier cut from the belly of the pit, and a bit flatter than baby back ribs. They have a big amount of meat, fully tender, and very flavorful as well as have a savory dry rib coating with a combination of spiciness and saltiness to it. The writer was very hesitant on the news that the internet is claiming that these are even better than the famous Rotisserie Chicken and very skeptical with the price of the meat being at $17.99 for 1.5 pounds of ribs. And when it came to the writer’s critique of the dish, the writer described them as perfectly well-balanced and savory, but it is on the salty side. They are a good deal, although the writer highlighted that it isn’t groundbreaking, but the quality of flavour and how tender and meaty the meat are, the price is a fair price.
