If you’re looking for the ultimate Korean comfort food that feels like a warm hug in a lettuce wrap, Bossam 보쌈 is it!
At its core, Bossam is a braised pork dish. While “braised pork” might sound plain, the magic lies in the aromatics used during cooking and the ritual of how it’s eaten.
