If you want to try an absolute delicious sauce this is the one

Dill Sauce**
Ingredients:*
- 2 cups of whipping cream
- 2 Tbs of sour cream
- 5 chopped green onions
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup of chopped dill (adjust to taste)
- 1/3 tsp of salt (or to taste)

*Instructions:*
1. In a saucepan, heat all ingredients until slightly boiling, stirring frequently.
2. Reduce heat to simmer or low-medium, cooking until slightly thickened (approximately 5 minutes), continuing to stir.
3. Pour over beet rolls in a baking dish and bake for 10 minutes, or pan fry/simmer about 10 beet rolls with the sauce for 10 minutes on low.
4. Enjoy the rolls as they soak up the creamy sauce!

*Tip: This sauce is fantastic over baby potatoes too. Yum!*
