Hey folks! We have a question for you… we have some pigs going to the butcher mid May and we are going to be making some boxes up. The question is: would you rather BBQ boxes (chops, ham steaks, sausages) OR breakfast boxes (peameal, bacon, breakfast sausage) ? We are only making one or the other but we can’t decide which.

Also, we will also be taking bulk sausage orders near the end of June for sausage only.

Our weaners are all pretty well claimed and they haven’t even made it to a week old yet - SO if you are interested in buying a side or a whole pig off of us come the fall, please reach out ASAP so we know how many weaners to hold back.
