The ugly side of baking! 🍪

Developing a recipe isn’t always rainbows and sunshine. It’s long hours, countless attempts, and literally dreaming about what could make this cookie even better!

This was my first attempt at my caramel apple cookie. Not quite what I had pictured, but every attempt gets me closer! And thanks to my taste testers, these definitely didn’t go to waste ;)

AIR’S BAKERY IS BACK! 🩷

Sometimes you just need to take a step back, regroup and focus on what really matters in life. I’ve been baking my whole life, and taking that break reminded me how much baking and cooking mean to me.

After a lot of thinking and so many messages from you guys, I’ve decided to open back up again! Things will look a little different this time, but I’m so excited to be baking for you all again.

Thank you for continuing to think of me and support Air’s Bakery, even during my break. It means more than you know! 🥹

I’ll be posting my first market soon… stay tuned ;)

Your support means the world to me and to Air’s Bakery. Every purchase, every kind word, and every person who stopped by helped make the night so special.

Woliwon from the bottom of my heart. I’ll see you all at the next Garrison Night Market! 🍪🍞✨
