👋 Hi Gabriola,

We came out here with a dream — and like many dreams, it’s evolved. Life doesn’t always go quite the way we plan, and we’ve learned to pivot, adapt, and keep moving forward.

After settling in, exploring the island, and meeting so many amazing people, one thing has become clear: we want to stay. Gabriola feels like home.

Now we’re looking for ways to not just live here, but contribute — to put our experience and love for food to work for the community.

Between us, Michael and I have over 40 years in the hospitality industry — from kitchens to front of house and everything in between. Food has always been our way of connecting with people, sharing comfort, and building community.

Over the past year, we’ve been dreaming up a small local food project — something simple, sustainable, and community-driven. But before we dive in, we’d love your help.

💬 Please take a minute to share your thoughts in our short survey. We want to create something that truly serves Gabriola — not just what we think it needs, but what you want to see.
