One month in Gander. ❤️

When my partner and I first started working on opening Mega Bazaar here, we had the same conversation over and over again. Are we making the right decision? Will a smaller town be open to trying a new cuisine? Will we get the support we need?

Eventually we just said, you know what… chuck it, let’s do it. 😄 And Gander, oh boy! Did you ever proved us right❤️🥹🫶

The amount of support we’ve received in just one month has been incredible. You’ve shared your feedback with us, we’ve listened, we’ve made changes to the way we operate, and seeing you appreciate those changes has meant so much to us.

The best part is seeing so many familiar faces coming back again and again and becoming our regulars. 🥹❤️

We’re still learning, improving, and growing every day, and we hope to continue serving Gander better with every month that passes.

Mega Bazaar Gander is a takeout restaurant and international grocery store, open daily from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., with fresh food served all day long.

From chicken tandoori and butter chicken to vegan dishes and our crispy, juicy beef samosas, we have something for everyone. Our portions are generous, our dishes are packed with flavour, and we definitely don’t hold back on the sauce! 🤤

We also carry a huge selection of South Asian groceries, including Indian, Nepali, Pakistani, Bangladeshi, and Kerala products. Don’t feel like cooking? Check out our selection of ready-to-eat, shelf-stable meals, just heat and enjoy!
