Prime ribeye seared to perfection, drizzled with my signature chimichurri, alongside a twice-baked potato stuffed with chimichurri mash and crowned in mozzarella. Picture-perfect comfort food 🍽️✨ (Recipe below)


My Chimichurri
4 cloves garlic
1 cup cilantro
1 cup parsley
¼ cup red wine vinegar
Juice of 1 lemon
½ cup olive oil
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp chili flakes
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp cumin
Blend until smooth. Mix into the potato mash (about 3 tbsp per potato), save some for drizzling over the ribeye + cheesy topping
