Who’s pulling up for a plate 🍽️

Comfort food on a whole different level .

Recipe For the Escoveitch Pickle
• 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
• 1 small carrot, julienned
• 1–2 Scotch bonnet pepper slices (remove seeds if you want less heat)
• 6–8 pimento seeds (allspice)
• ¾ cup white vinegar
• ¼ cup water (optional, if you want it less sharp)
• ½ tsp salt (optional)

Rosemary butter steak for dinner simple, juicy, and ready in under 30 minutes 🤤🥩

Save this one! You will NOT be disappointed!

Instructions:
1. Pat steak dry and season generously with steak seasoning or salt + pepper.
2. Heat a cast iron pan / grill until smoking hot.
3. Add a little oil, then place the steak in. Sear 2–3 minutes per side.
4. Add butter, rosemary, and crushed garlic to the pan.
5. Tilt the pan and spoon the melted rosemary butter over the steak for 1–2 minutes.
6. Let the steak rest 5 minutes before slicing.
7. Pour the leftover rosemary garlic butter on top.

Served with: mashed potatoes & veggies.
