The ultimate ghetto meal - “Walking Tacos” We were first introduced to this delicious treat at a festival where I was selling my jewellery a few years ago.

It’s pretty self-explanatory and sooo yummy! Healthy? Not so much 😂

Take individual size bags of tortilla chips, crush in the bag, then layer: vegetarian ground round (we use beyond meat) lettuce, cheese, salsa and sour cream. Mix and grab a fork! ♥️

During the pandemic, a lot of you have been stuck at home, and cooking has become somewhat of a hobby (from what I am told) ;) I am in the process of getting my newest book onto Amazon so that you can get your very own copy!

The original version of "The Cat Can Cook Book" came out in 2009. In 2017, after years of vegetarian eating, I decided to re-write it including the original recipes you all loved, but adding in vegetarian versions of them. These recipes are DELICIOUS, EASY and contain NO MEAT! Win-Win-Win if you ask me!

Honestly, these recipes are SO GOOD and E-A-S-Y! They don't have weird or hard to find ingredients, and I guarantee this book will be one you use time and time again!

Making bread-machine cinnamon buns today! And guess what? They really are very easy :-) they take a few hours from start to finish because the bread maker needs to make the dough and let it rise etc., but if you’re patient these are well worth a little effort and time ♥️ i’ll post the finished product once they’re out of the oven and iced :-)

I just did a really quick video on some vegetarian products that we use. I made the video to share with friends but I thought might as well share it here too 🙂 maybe it might help someone out.

Since our family eats a vegetarian diet, we’ve had to come up with ways to replace what would’ve been meat in the past… Honestly, it’s really easy and if you’re on a budget it’s also so much less expensive to cook with legumes, tofu etc.

Trust me, I’m not one of these Uber healthy vegetarian types 🙂 I Love salt, I love sugar, and in adopting a vegetarian lifestyle, I wasn’t willing to change the way that we eat, just some of the ingredients used.

I should probably do a bit of more in-depth video, but have a watch and if you guys have any questions just fire away ♥️
