Asparagus & Prosciutto Agnolotti 😋 So fun to make. Really happy with this filling - sautéed asparagus, shallots, garlic and prosciutto blended with whole milk ricotta, Calabrese caciocavallo cheese and Parmigiano Reggiano. Might have to make some again next month! All sold out, so congrats to those who managed to snag a package. Bravo! 👏🏼

To those who are mothers by birth, by choice, by love or by the way they care for those in their orbit.

Happy Mother’s Day.

We want to acknowledge and hold space for whom this day feels tender. For those grieving, longing, remembering or carrying complicated love.

For the women who fought for our rights and initially created Mother’s Day to commemorate their activism. Thank you.

May we all feel seen and loved today, and everyday.

Venetian Duck Ragu Ravioli for Il Primo (first course) at the Big Night Italian Dinner. Quebecois duck legs, slow braised in chicken stock and white wine with cinnamon sticks and orange zest. Dressed in the reduced braise juices, browned butter and topped with Parmigiano Reggiano DOP. Finally took a pic of my ravioli dish 😆
