Asparagus & Prosciutto Agnolotti 😋 So fun to make. Really happy with this filling - sautéed asparagus, shallots, garlic and prosciutto blended with whole milk ricotta, Calabrese caciocavallo cheese and Parmigiano Reggiano. Might have to make some again next month! All sold out, so congrats to those who managed to snag a package. Bravo! 👏🏼
