🔥 It's Friday—why not spice things up with this hot cocktail? 🔥

Get ready to set your night on fire with the Flaming Spicy Bourbon Inferno featuring our Deadly Inferno hot sauce. 💥

Ingredients:

2 oz bourbon 🥃
1/2 oz fresh lime juice 🍋
1/2 oz honey syrup 🍯 (1:1 honey & water)
1/4 tsp Deadly Inferno hot sauce 🌶️
1/2 oz overproof rum (for the flame) 🔥
Ice 🧊
Lime peel or slice for garnish 🍈
Optional: chili flakes for extra heat 🌶️
Instructions: 1️⃣ Mix the Base: In a shaker, combine bourbon, lime juice, honey syrup, and Deadly Inferno hot sauce. 2️⃣ Shake: Add ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds. 3️⃣ Strain: Pour into a heat-resistant rocks glass over ice. 4️⃣ Prepare the Flame: Float the overproof rum on top by slowly pouring over a spoon. 5️⃣ Ignite: Use a long lighter or match to carefully light the rum. Stay safe—flame responsibly! 6️⃣ Extinguish: After a few seconds, put out the flame by either placing a lime slice on it or letting it burn out. 7️⃣ Garnish: Add a lime peel and a sprinkle of chili flakes for that final spicy kick.

This past month has been a wild ride for the Gr**go family. From a co-packer quitting mid-production, causing product shortages, to shipment delays, a botched wisdom tooth extraction that needs surgery, and even broken-down cars—it’s been a tough one. Running a small business isn’t all fun, games, and peppers; it can seriously test your limits and even lead to stress and depression.

But tonight, I spotted my old, reliable Ninja blender sitting on the top shelf—battered, bruised, and still standing, just like the Mad Gr**go. I decided to give it one more spin, taking me back to the days before all the licenses and government regulations when I could just be creative and whip up new recipes for the farmers market every week.

The result? A humble jalapeño, garlic, red wine, onion, Szechuan peppercorn, local honey, and Italian olive oil creation. Will it ever make it to store shelves? Who knows. But it reminded me why I’m still in this game. 🔥🌶️
