The Canadian Food Inspection agency answers to no one but themselves. They won't stop at wiping out this Ostrich farm. We must not allow control of our farms and food supply to be taken over like this. They will cry diseases and take over every right and freedom we have.

We are so excited for our first hatch of this rare 400 year old German breed, Westfalische Totleger, or Deathlayer. This is such a special bird that would be an incredible addition to any independent homestead. They have the ability to lay eggs proficiently for 10+ years, whereas the typical chicken can lay productively for 2-3 years only and lives an additional 7-8 years laying little to no eggs. Deathlayers lay until they die. Many resources are put into raising a new generation of laying hens every few years. And with where our society is going, we need to conserve as many resources as we can! These little beauties already have a waitlist.

The babies are arriving! Currently we have barnyard mix chicks, purebred white and splash americauna and pure brahma chicks!
In the coming weeks we will have call ducklings, ancona ducklings, narangansett turklets, copper maran chicks, mille fleur d'uccle and h'mong chicks and our up and coming pride and joy, deathlayer chicks :) Please go straight to Dm for enquiries

May 15 the plant sale will be open 24/7 and Farm visits will start May 19 Sundays 10am-2pm
