First fermented hot sauce was a success. Mixed hot peppers, onions, carrots, and garlic were put through a 4.5 month science experiment. Added some fresh scorpion peppers and pomegranate before blending. Limited quantity. DM for yours!

Love me some cabbage soup! Soup-er healthy and easy to make.

1 head of cabbage
1 large sweet onion
1 monster size carrot like I had or two normal carrots
Some diced kielbasa from Staropolskie Delikatesy 🙌🏻
Homemade beef bone broth, probably around 3L
Simmered this batch with a small ghost pepper cut in half for the last 10 minutes. 👻 🌶️
Top with some finely grated parm (use the real stuff) and enjoy!
