I pulled the garlic!

Prob half could have gone longer but many were beginning to split and with upcoming rain and a trip on the horizon (Yay!), I decided to pull em'!

This was so much heavier than it looks!

I think my plan is to turn the bed and try and fit in a round of carrots 🤔 The ones I intially planted died from neglect 😅

Achillea millefolium is a powerful hemostatic and antiseptic. To stop minor bleeding, crush fresh leaves creating a poultice, and apply directly to the wound with firm pressure.

🧄 Coming in at 2.09lbs of processed garlic scapes! Not to bad considering we lost prob 15% to leek moths and because of that, I picked a lot of them small.

For now we will freeze them, but eventually I really want to attempt scape pesto! So, if anyone have a tried and true recipe id love to hear it!
