Congratulations to chef Tyson Wright from Camrose, Alberta who brought home the GOLD medal at The Great Kitchen Party in Edmonton October 2, 2025.
Chef Tyson created an amazing dish that truly represents the prairies and supporting local Alberta producers.

Braised Bison Cheek, Black Garlic Demi, Pickled Saskatoons, Confit Parsnip Purée, Pea Shoot Emulsion, Wild Flower, Curly Crest Micros, Vegetable Ash Salt, Chilli Oil, Tuile.

Tyson will now compete at the Canadian Culinary Championship in Ottawa in January 2026.
