Was asked by an old coworker 4 days before the birthday if I could bake up 50 cupcakes with the colour scheme of promo, purple, blue and yellow on marbled cupcakes this girl said sure no problem! These look so cute for a little girls 1st birthday!!

“The need for speed” was not in my favour as the heat was working against me but all things considering the cake turned out pretty decent!! This cake was requested based of an idea where the cake was covered in fondant and this lady does everything in her power to not use fondant if I truly can! Was told that everyone loved it so in the end the shifting and melting so to speak of the icing the cake looks not to shabby!!

My son asked me to make a very specific cake for his wife and sent me the inspiration photo and then from there I did a little research and found how I could make this happen without purchasing fondant sheets with the leopard print on it and I think for attempting this for the first time it worked out pretty well! I did add on the cherries and black bows once it was delivered and set up before the birthday party started! The last photo shows the inspiration idea to which I replicated the best way I could using buttercream ❤️

Another Birthday order is complete and I’m pretty proud of these cookies for sure, cake was a different type of request from a 7 year old but did my best to complete it minus using fondant 🫣. Had so much fun working on this order, my first cookie and cake order combined ❤️

Mom sent photos that she snapped at the birthday party! 🥳 ❤️
