When we first launched our frozen seafood boil kits, we started with aluminum liners.

They were a great first step, but we quickly realized there was room to improve.

So we upgraded to insulated foam boxes, giving our seafood even better protection during shipping.

They worked incredibly well… but they were bulky, took up a lot of space, and made shipping more expensive than we wanted for our customers.

As we continued to grow, we kept asking ourselves:

“How can we deliver the same quality while making shipping more affordable?”

That question led us to our newest packaging.

Our custom insulated, aluminum-lined shipping boxes combine the insulation we need with a slimmer, more efficient design, helping us reduce shipping costs while keeping your seafood protected on its journey.

At Lizzy’s Seafood Boxes, we believe that continuous improvement is part of serving our customers well.

For this wedding, our day started by carefully loading every piece of equipment into the car, arriving at the venue, assembling our mobile oyster cart outside the hall, and rolling everything into the venue.

Then the magic happened.

As guests arrived, they were welcomed with freshly shucked oysters served on ice with handcrafted mignonettes and fresh lemon.

Across the board everyone kept saying ‘amazing’ 😊

The bridal party laughed, toasted, and enjoyed oysters together before the reception had even begun.

That’s what we love most about our mobile oyster bar.

It isn’t just another food station.

It’s an experience that naturally brings people together while creating beautiful moments before the celebration even starts.

It starts with the freshest oysters which arrived start from the east coast,every oyster is shucked fresh in front of your guests.
