Strawberries, raspberries, sweet corn, Honeycrisp apples and more local produce grown right here on our farm in Iroquois since 1957.

strawberries and raspberries, sweet corn, tomatoes, potatoes, Honeycrisp apples and more. Pick-your-own strawberries and raspberries are available in peak season. If you're unable to visit the farm, you can still find our berries at Loblaws stores in southern Ontario and Ottawa Costco locations.

Looking back on a 25 year relationship in life and farming.

Today, we celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. Calvin grew up on Dentz Orchards and Berry Farm. He’s the farmer, the fixer, and the innovator who brings the farm forward agriculturally.

Cathy arrived on the farm more than 25 years ago. She’s the marketer, salesperson, and office manager.

Together, we’re grateful for the opportunity to farm and raise our family in South Dundas.

Our farm market is stocked with delicious berries, apples, and plenty of vegetables.

Fall hours are 10 am to 5 pm daily, closed Sundays. October 3rd will be the last day of our 2026 season at Dentz’s.

Pick up fresh canning tomatoes at Dentz’s for $23 per 1/2 bushels.

We have plenty available, but it’s always a good idea to call, especially if you are placing a large order, and we will set them aside for you.

Enjoy delicious tomato sauce, chili sauce and salsa all winter long!

We’ve been busy jamming! 🫙🍓

Dentz strawberry and raspberry jams are made fresh on the farm, starting in the spring and continuing periodically throughout the season.

Since we just made a big batch, now is the time to stock up. Don’t wait until the end of the season.

Perfect for your toast, ice cream, yogurt and more—enjoy it all winter long!

We still have raspberries!

Our long-cane raspberries will be producing well into the fall.

We love raspberries because:

We wish more people knew how easy it is to make refrigerator dill pickles.

We used to think we didn’t have time to make our own pickles. Then a customer shared this recipe with us, and we quickly discovered how simple it is!

Fresh Dentz cucumbers, a few simple ingredients, and a little time in the fridge. That’s it. And the best part? Everyone in our family loves them—even the people who weren’t pickle fans.

We’re sharing the recipe that was shared with us. There are lots of similar refrigerator pickle recipes online, but this is the one that got us hooked!

Our first pick of our earliest variety, Paula Red, is now available at the farm market.

Paul Reds are a delicious apple—tart with a sweet aftertaste, perfect for snacking and baking.

Our other varieties including MacIntosh and Honeycrisp will be ready around mid-September.
