My Allergy Safe Kitchen

My Allergy Safe Kitchen is dedicated to making the best quality foods and treats that are gluten free, egg free, dairy free, and nut free with an excellent flavour! Since I was a baby, my mom has been experimenting with different foods and ingredients to create dishes I would otherwise be unable to have. For as long as I can remember I’ve loved working alongside my mom in the kitchen, spending many hours making delicious foods together. That's why we’ve teamed up to create allergy friendly options that everyone can enjoy! I've lived with anaphylactic allergies my whole life, so we understand how difficult and frustrating it is to find good quality foods that are free of any of the harmful allergens (and just when you think you found something new that looks safe... BOOM! *made in a factory that processes dairy, eggs and nuts*). I wanted to create My Allergy Safe Kitchen as a way to provide others who struggle finding foods that taste great and are safe. Being extremely allergic to gluten, dairy, eggs and nuts, My Allergy Safe Kitchen never comes into contact with these ingredients. We love to experiment with our cooking and baking and we hope we can share some of our creations with you!
