First, I just want to say a HUGE thank you — I never imagined there would be so much love for my lasagna and bolognese! 🥹 We’ve now passed 90 lasagna orders and sold a ton of bolognese. Because of this amazing demand, I’ll be renting extra kitchen hours and buying more ingredients to keep everything fresh, safe, and exactly as promised.
To cover the kitchen, packaging, and taxes — and still keep the same quality — lasagna will now be $25 (instead of $20).
For the 1L bolognese jars, there will be a $2 jar deposit — just like the old milk bottles.
First jar: $10 (includes deposit)
With jar return: $8
Payment (cash or e-transfer) will be at pickup. I’m near Castlefrank Rd / Katimavik Rd, and I offer free delivery on orders over $50.
I’ll be cooking in three batches each week:
- Tuesday
- Friday
- Saturday
The lasagna will be fresh (not frozen), but I can freeze yours upon request — same price either way.
