Baked Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 Whole Chicken
Bell Peppers
City Eats AP Seasoning- Low Sodium
City Eats Chicken Seasoning- Low Sodium
City Eats Chicken Fry mix- Low Sodium
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon Paprika
Browning
1 tablespoon Ketchup
Thyme
Green Onions
1/2 White Onion
2 cloves Garlic
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 375F
Step 2
Season cleaned Chicken w City Eats Chicken & AP Seasonings, salt paprika, Bell peppers, Garlic, Onions & Browning.
Step 3
Add Seasoned Chicken to a greased baking dish & cover with foil.
Step 4
Bake the Chicken for 45 mins to an hour until cooked internally.
Step 5
Remove the Chicken from the oven & add its juices to a mixing bowl. To the bowl add: 1 tablespoon ketchup, 1 tablespoon City Eats Chicken fry mix, hot sauce and mix to combine. Pour mixture evenly over the Chicken & before returning to the oven.
Step 6
Broil on high for 5-10 minutes.
Enjoy with your favourite sides.
