The kitchen was filled with a mix of aromas this week ranging from our famous chicken briani to pastries. Thank you to all those who ordered. Stay tuned for our next order date 😁

The kitchen was packed with orders on Saturday. We had chicken briani, napolitaines, banana tarts, chanapuri both frozen and fried and naans (plain, chicken, beef and cheese)
Ramadan Kareem
Naan (cheese, chicken and meat) will be available during Ramadan. Will update on dates.
We are currently preparing the Ramadan orders and will not be taking any new orders until further notice. Thank you 🙂
Independence day orders
Yesterday was a very cold day yet very busy day. While these beautiful napolitaines (picture below) gives a hint that spring is not far away, we also had a chicken briani to keep our lovely clients warm.
To enjoy a tea time, many ordered some pastries (caré rouge, Feuilletés custard and banana, banana tarts and puits d’amour).
Hot snacks were also preferred by our clients (chanapuri accompanied with the Mauritian chutney referred as 'satini cotomili').
As for some frozen snacks, many ordered for their daily use and some stocking for Ramadan which is not far (Feuilletés banana and custard, paté poisson, samoussas chicken, cheese, potatoes and peas, fish, cheeseballs, catelesse and tikka).
