New Release: Wildblume 2025 🥂

Just in time for Thanksgiving, our Wildblume 2025 is here!

This brut sparkling blend of Vidal and Chardonnay brings crisp acidity, delicate bubbles and a refreshing finish to the table. A lovely aperitif to enjoy before dinner, it also pairs beautifully with holiday favourites.

Try it with baked brie and cranberry, whipped goat cheese and crostini, or butternut squash soup.

A taste of the tropics, rooted in cool-climate terroir. ❄️🌸

After a decade-long hiatus, SNOW TROPICS returns by popular demand.

This intensely aromatic blend of Riesling, Gewürztraminer and Vidal is finished with a touch more residual sugar than is typical of our w**es, enhancing its vibrant fruit character and luscious texture. Tropical notes of nectarine, ginger, kiwi, and lychee linger beautifully on the palate.

Snow Tropics 2025 is currently available to taste at our bar, or get a glass and enjoy the view!

Created in response to the 2024 growing season and crop losses in British Columbia, the Moon Series features w**es crafted from grapes sourced beyond our province — a rare opportunity to taste expressions from farther afield.

The tasting lineup:

🍷 Moonstruck — Washington (Merlot, Malbec & Cabernet Franc blend)

Our new Moon Series w**es are made from grapes sourced outside of British Columbia. The series is limited to 2024, a year of significant crop losses in our province. Importing grapes was a way for us to cover the shortfall and to try something new.
