We made the list! 🏔️🍫

7 Summits Snacks has been named to the 2026 Canada Small Business 100, presented by Mastercard, alongside 99 other incredible Canadian small businesses.

It all started with two sisters and one question: “Can we fuel with chocolate?” Six years later, our functional chocolate bars are fuelling trail runs, ski days and long afternoons in nearly 300 stores across Canada. 💪

Huge thanks to our small but mighty team, including our GM Jason who keeps the wheels turning, and to every one of YOU who has packed a bar for your next adventure. This one’s for you. 🙌

What did you pack for your first big hike? We’re betting it was a PB&J. 🥪

That’s the inspiration behind Denali, named for the highest peak in North America. Natural peanut butter for steady energy, Canadian wild blueberries for an antioxidant boost, and chocolate because, well, chocolate.

Last night 7 Summits Snacks took home the People’s Choice Award at the Edmonton Startup Week Launch Party!

🎤 Found out I was pitching live, no notes, in under 24 hours
🌲 Paced the river valley memorizing my lines
✨ Pitched, and connected with amazing people as a Top 10 Company to Watch at Edmonton Startup Week
🏥 Late-night ER run for croup, home at 4 a.m.

It’s Edmonton Startup Week and we are pitching TONIGHT!
Here I thought we had a few more days to (start) practice.

I’m pulling out the old showgirl tricks and getting ready for the stage. Exercise, practice, and walking and talking to myself.

This month’s 7 Summits Snacks Social is hitting Hawrelak Park for a speed workout, so get ready to get pacey!

Coach J will work you through different aerobic capacities this time, and what a better way to do it then with some friendly competition.

Whether you’re chasing a new fastest mile or just want to shake off the cobwebs, the workout will be tailored to different paces so everyone gets a session that actually challenges them.

✨All abilities are welcome!
Show up, find your pace group, and let’s build some fitness together as the days get shorter and the training season ramps up.

As a mom and an adventurer, I want my kids to know that big dreams are worth chasing with your whole heart. 💛🏔️

Every day, they watch us build something from scratch. They see the hard days, the wins, the setbacks and the getting back up. They’re learning that courage isn’t about being fearless, it’s about trying anyway.

I hope they grow up believing their ideas matter. That they can climb any mountain they set their sights on. And that the journey is always better together.
