It started small when Alf Krause planted 1 acre of strawberries in 1974. Today, Krause Berry Farms & Estate Winery has expanded to over 200 acres, growing and producing some of the Fraser Valley's best berries and vegetables. Owned and operated by Alf & Sandee Krause, their commitment to ethical and sustainable farming has resulted in loyal guests spreading the word and returning year after year.

The abundance of delicious fresh berries & vegetables, combined with Sandee's creativity and passion for baking, led to the development of their ever expanding line of farm-made products available in their Market, Bakery, Fudgery, Creamery & Porch. Today the on-site farm Harvest Kitchen produces over 100 products grown. Come saddle up in our Estate Winery for a taste of the old west and our berry wines.

As summer winds down and we head into fall, we have a few important changes to our hours.

Monday, September 7 — Labour Day
The Main Farm will be OPEN 9:00 AM–3:00 PM. We’ll be closing a little early so our team can enjoy our annual Staff Appreciation BBQ!

Tuesday, September 8
The Main Farm will be CLOSED.

🍂 Fall is starting to arrive at Krause Berry Farms!

The seasons are beginning to change, and our Market is transitioning into all the warm colours and cozy touches of fall.

Our shelves are filling with beautiful fall décor, seasonal tea towels, aprons, home accents, gifts and more — perfect for bringing a little autumn warmth into your home.

And did you know? We carry one of the largest selections of Willow Tree in the Fraser Valley! We’ve just restocked our display with so many beautiful, heartwarming pieces celebrating family, friendship, love and life’s special moments.

Fall flavours are on their way too! Stay tuned for seasonal baked goods and fall favourites arriving soon at the farm.

But summer isn’t finished just yet! Our Market is still filled with the flavours of the season, including fresh berries, our farm-grown Peaches & Cream corn, cauliflower and beans, along with other fresh produce.

And, of course, we still have plenty of our freshly baked berry and custard pies available daily.

It’s that wonderful time of year at the farm when the last flavours of summer meet the first cozy touches of fall.

🍓 STRAWBERRY SALE — 15% OFF!

Our pre-picked strawberries are 15% off now through Sunday, August 23rd at the end of the day! It’s a perfect time to stock up and enjoy fresh strawberries while they’re still here.

Our market is also full of fresh, farm-grown produce, including cauliflower, Russian garlic and our own sweet corn 🌽

Our corn is especially sweet and delicious right now and is on special — 6 for $5.00! We also have a great selection of other fresh, local produce available in the market.

We currently have fresh strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries available in the market, with availability changing daily.

U-Pick Update: Our U-Pick fields are currently limited to strawberries and blackberries only, and both are scatter-pick. Availability and field conditions can change daily, so please check our website, Facebook or Instagram before visiting for the latest updates.

And the farm is still in full swing! Come spend the day with us and enjoy our fresh baking, strawberry-topped waffles, Chocolate Bar, Porch, Estate Winery, Farm Market and so much more.

🇨🇦 We’re OPEN tomorrow for BC Day!

Looking for something fun to do this long weekend? Come spend the day at the farm!

Our Farm Store is stocked with fresh-picked berries and local produce, including:
• Blueberries
• Strawberries
• Raspberries are back!
• Blackberries (limited availability daily)

Come hungry! There are so many delicious things to enjoy around the farm, including our famous milkshakes, loaded poutine, fresh corn pizza, fresh baking, and handmade treats from our Chocolate Bar.

Our seasonal Blueberry Waffles are being served through August 5! They’re topped with our house-made blueberry syrup, fresh blueberries, and whipped cream, and are available in regular, gluten-free, and vegan options.

Be sure to check out our fresh garden boxes, made daily with produce grown right here on our farm.

Planning to U-Pick? Please note that blueberries, strawberries, and blackberries are all very limited and scatter-pick only. Ripe berries are spread throughout the fields, so guests should expect to move throughout the rows to find them. U-Pick is first come, first served, and berry availability changes daily.

Farm Update

There’s lots happening at the farm!

Blueberry and Blackberry U-Pick are now open!

Strawberry and Raspberry U-Pick are still available, but both fields are now very limited and are being offered as scatter pick. Guests will need to move from row to row to find ripe berries, but there are still berries to be picked.

We’ve also expanded our U-Pick basket options to give guests more flexibility! Whether you’re stopping by for a quick visit or planning to fill the freezer, there’s now a basket size for everyone.

U-Pick Basket Options
• Small Green Basket (approximately 1 lb.) – $5.00
• Medium Black Basket (approximately 2.5 lbs.) – $9.00
• Large White 4 L Basket (approximately 6.5 lbs.) – $21.50
• Extra Large White Pail (8 L, approximately 11 lbs.) – $41.00

As always, every guest ages 3 and up entering the U-Pick fields must have their own basket.

To help protect our crops and ensure a fair experience for everyone, backpacks, tote bags, reusable shopping bags, coolers, buckets, boxes, and other large bags are not permitted in the U-Pick fields. Small purses, handbags, diaper bags, and medically necessary bags are welcome. Our team will be checking bags at the entrance to the fields, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Our famous waffles are now celebrating blueberry season! They’re topped with our homemade blueberry syrup, fresh field-grown blueberries, and whipped cream, and are available in regular, gluten-free, or vegan options.

We’re also excited to have our own Peaches & Cream sweet corn available, grown right here on the farm.

Our Market is stocked daily with field-grown berries, fresh produce, fresh baked pies, and other seasonal favourites.

As we’re in the middle of our busy harvest season, please allow us a little extra time to return phone calls, emails, and messages. Our team is working hard to respond to everyone as quickly as possible, and we appreciate your patience.

🫐 Blueberry U-Pick is NOW OPEN!

It’s officially blueberry season at Krause Berry Farms!

Start your visit at our main farm, where you’ll purchase your U-Pick containers before hopping aboard our shuttle bus for a short 5-minute ride to our blueberry fields.

Pick your berries, enjoy the beautiful fields, and then take the shuttle back to continue your day at the farm.

First shuttle leaves at 9:00 AM
Last shuttle to the blueberry fields leaves at 4:00 PM

Raspberry U-Pick continues as well! Enjoy picking two summer favourites during your visit.

After picking, make a day of it with fresh waffles, a visit to our Estate Winery, farm favourites from The Porch, Belgian chocolate-covered strawberries from the Chocolate Bar, and our Farm Market filled with fresh field-grown berries, baking, gifts & more.

No reservations needed — U-Pick is first come, first pick.

Enjoy our famous raspberry-topped waffles, then stop by The Porch, now open once again and serving farm favourites like our fresh berry milkshakes, along with new menu items including poutine.

Raspberry U-Pick will also be open, and our Market will be stocked with fresh, field-grown strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, golden raspberries, and gooseberries.

Our berries are picked fresh daily, and availability changes throughout the day. If you’re visiting for a specific berry, we recommend arriving early or giving us a call for the latest availability.

We are so excited to announce the opening of our brand-new Chocolate Bar, now open daily throughout the summer!

Indulge in our fresh, field-grown berries coated in decadent Callebaut Belgian chocolate. With both rich dark chocolate and creamy milk chocolate flowing on tap, your favourite berries are ready to be covered in chocolate perfection.

Customize your treat with a selection of seasonal toppings, or keep it simple and let the berries and chocolate shine on their own.

The Chocolate Bar will also be serving ice cream, cold drinks, and other sweet treats throughout the summer, making it the perfect stop during your visit to the farm.
