Intolerance -Gluten Free Welcome to Intolerance. Here I'll post all things gluten free! Most will be certified, but there may be gluten friendly posts as well.

I'm also dairy-free, so I will share what I find there along the way. I appreciate you joining me along this journey. I began this page to provide information on local gluten-free foods, meals, bakeries and restaurants. I am working on opening my own local gluten-free shoppe as well. CELEBRATE, gluten free has gone above and beyond with keeping up with our requests for here in Leduc! We at Intolerance *A Gluten-free Shoppe will never take for granted, the work put into getting us stocked with all our favourite products!

There's currently 10 different squares/bars, 6 different donuts and 5 XL cookies...with more to come!

Well, I happen to love adding ripe bananas to my recipes. To cake, muffins, pancakes, waffles...
I needed some cute muffins that I could keep frozen at my shoppe. I either microwave them a wee bit after thawing or actually airfry! Yes, I said airfry!
I added three bananas, which may have been too much. I made them a bit more dense than I like, but they taste great! I tossed in what chocolate chips I had left after making the super tasty chocolate chip cookies!

🍪 I most definitely had a craving for cookies on Sunday! I had just enough Vegan butter to whip up a batch of Modern Whisk's Chocolate Chip cookies using the recipe on the back of their Cookie Base Mix. They were/are fantastic! I cooked one tray until crispy and the other tray I kept a bit on the softer side.

We are fully restocked on all the Modern Whisk GF mixes. We know you loved their Pancake & Waffle Mix.

📦 Plus, we are pretty much out of our nice and handy boxes for those of you with larger purchases! But, those will get restocked this Friday!
🫶 This does not mean our regulars are forgetting their bags though! This means we have gotten a large number of new customers discovering our Shoppe! This is amazing!
