🙏Hello and Happy New Year from Carter and I !
Carter has a 2nd chance to go with his Band Class on a Band Trip to Halifax🙏🎶
We are reaching out to see if there may be any way you could possibly assist Carter in attending a school band trip to Halifax this spring.
We recently received an email from Carter’s band teacher at Holy Rosary High School. Mr. Sikora, shared that a few students had to withdraw from the band trip.
This has opened up a second opportunity for Carter to attend. When the trip was first announced, we regretfully declined, as we were hesitant to ask for sponsorship or financial assistance. Carter was disappointed to miss out, but we all accepted the decision.
🥰However, a second opportunity and chance has become available, and we are humbly asking if there may be any possibility of assistance or sponsorship that you—or your company—might be able to offer. 🎶Alternatively, Carter would be more than willing to contribute in any of the following ways:
1) Collecting any refundable bottles and cans
2) Snow shoveling
3) You could purchase Carter’s SuperDips

4) Helping with odd jobs or tasks you may need assistance with.
🎶We have also written to the trip company to inquire whether any cancellation fees could possibly be allocated toward Carter’s participation and are waiting for their response. 🎶We will also be taking part in any upcoming school fundraisers. Will keep you posted on those 👍
Carter is currently working a few hours after school every other week to help contribute toward the cost. I have also returned to work; however, with two hip and two knee replacements, I am limited to working three days a week for three hours each day.
Please know that any assistance, guidance, or suggestions for raising funds would be sincerely appreciated🙏
Carter is the youngest of our four children. Our two oldest were unable to participate in band trips due to finances as well as being part of the 2020 and 2021 COVID graduating classes💔 Our third child unfortunately left band, so Carter is the only one who has this opportunity, and we would LOVE to do everything possible to make this band trip and experience happen for him🥰
