We’ve got pumpkins! We’ve been picking for a couple weeks now, and our crop is looking great!!
Pictured here is one of our Atlantic Giants! Great colour, immense size and a thick hull make for an awesome porch decoration!! Price depends on the size, $20-60

Produce is still in full swing here on the farm! Dad is still picking sweet corn and we’re all ears about that! As well, we’ve started most of our varieties of squash, and new plantings of beets!

Bring on the fall crops! We picked a few different ornamentals and squashes last night, and they will be out on display soon!

As the summer months begin to close, as does blueberry season! This may have been our last load we will pick up for the season, so get your freezing/jam making or snacking in while you can!

Tomato picking here at the farm! Field tomatoes are now in season, and we have lots of plants! Unfortunatly, they don’t seem to be ripening that fast (due to the nonstop rains) as tomatoes love hot and dry climates! We’ll pick what we can!!!

Now that was a good supper! Straight from our field (minus the steak from our neighbors and milk from ). The corn, beans, broccoli, potatoes and cabbage are from us!
All of these we have in season and in The Produce Building!

We are sold out of sweet corn for for a few days. Due to overwhelming demand, and inclement weather conditions, James cleaned out our first patch. He is hoping to be picking again Tuesday or Wednesday of this week.

Garlic had been pulled! We harvested the garlic last week and laid it on our wagon to dry! We’ll work our way down in price starting at $2.50/bulb for the largest.

What an awesome day today was! Leafy greens are in full swing, as are the berries! For the berries, we are picking as much as we can as we are into mid season. $5.00/quart is the best price around for Ontario berries!
Looking to freeze some berries or make some pies? Call ahead to place your order as we have limited quantities in the early mornings (we pick all day).

Today was a great day to work in the greenhouse since it was raining on and off.

We will not have peppers or tomatoes until this afternoon. Delivered from a greenhouse in Exeter! Thursday deliveries are usually around 2pm so if you are looking for some hydroponically grown produce, hold off until later! Or, you can call The Produce Building at 519-660-0259

Meet the Autonomous Robot Oz! Newest addition to the farm, and it sure helps a lot! We’ve already found a great use for it by opening rows to plant onion sets! It is all electric, so this machine will be a perfect addition to our operation.
