It is cold outside, time to make our own fun. Announcing new monthly parties at Ploughman’s Golden Hour on Friday nights. This week is Board Game Night, bring your own or play some of ours. (We’ve got lots.) and for the sticklers, yes cards DO count too.
5-9pm with prizes for the winners. Fireplace! Snacks! Fun! See you there!

Major changes coming to your local luncheonette. We’re officially open one hour earlier (and closing at 3pm!) Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. We’ll open at 8 on Fridays too. Pre work pre drop off pre dog walk pre morning chores pre sunrise soon. Come see us in our bleary eyed best.

Yes! we’re open this weekend with a brunch-stravaganza Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Come get first bites of our new fall festive special: (roast) chicken and (stuffing) waffles. My god but it’s delicious. A fever dream of Brea McAllister with free range chicken bread stuffing, local cranberries and buttery veg. In Newfoundland they ask “gravy on everything?” And we say YES

This is your last weekend of Summer at the luncheonette. We’ll be closed from sept 21-29 reopening on Wednesday sept 30. Golden Hour tonight and tomorrow 4-9ish, Bruncheonette Saturday 9-4 and Sunday 9-3

Friends and Neighbours! We’re taking a little holiday, September 21-29 (next Monday to the following Tuesday) and reopening on September 30 (Wednesday). Come visit for this final summer weekend and then see you a week later with full fall feelings.
Tuesday September 15- closed as usual
Wednesday September 16: open 9-4
Thursday September 17: open 9-9 (golden hour 4-9)
Friday September 18 open 9-9 (golden hour 4-9)
Saturday September 19: open 9-9 (golden hour 4-9)
Sunday September 20: open 9-3 (Bruncheonette)
Monday September 21-Tuesday Sept 29: holiday closure!
Wednesday: September 30: open 9-4 (and so on thereafter)
