WE OFFICIALLY HAVE A PROCESSING DATE OF SEPTEMBER 24TH AT PROVINCIALLY INSPECTED YANKEE FLATS MEATS IN SALMON ARM!

Total cost is $8/lb for the whole or half pig, which includes $1.50/lb for cut and wrap. Pigs can be anywhere form 160-220lbs hanging weight, let me know if you would like a larger or smaller animal.

There are 5 pigs available and we will need $150 deposit to hold your pig by September 13th!

Deposits can be sent to [email protected] - custom cut forms will be sent to your inbox.

Yankee in Salmon Arm requires pickup of pork within 1-2 days of cuts after processing. We will be there to pick up boxes so if you would like us to pick up for you, we can meet up in Vernon.
