I am a Canadian commercial fisherman who catches seafood and sells it to the public directly. It is all processed at a federally inspected plants and meets all federal and provincial criteria. Spot Prawns, King shrimp, halibut filets and portions, lingcod filets and portions, albacore tuna, octopus, salmon filets and portions and smoked salmon. Also canned salmon and canned tuna products. My company is called Gladiator Wild Seafood.
