Hi! My name is Amy. The Parlour Bake Co., formerly named Amy's Sweet Tooth, has been a passion of mine for over 30 years. I started baking and creating candy in my Grade 7 Home Economics class and I have expanded from there. From wedding, sculpted and special occasion cakes to cupcakes and handpainted sugared cookies to catering for special events I would love to help you serve your guests something memorable.

Our logo was created out of my love for all things vintage and my very senior dog Horton. A little homage to him as he has been my constant companion over the last 19 years!
