Meet the Team Behind The Butterhouse!

We’re a small crew, which means everyone wears a few different hats—and somehow, we still manage to have a lot of fun along the way.

👨‍🍳 Rob – The chef, the creator, and the one dreaming up the dishes you’ll find on your plate. He’s always experimenting with flavours, fine-tuning recipes, and making sure every meal is one he’d be proud to serve.

🔪 Blade – The calm in the kitchen. As Rob’s right-hand man, he’s always there helping prep, cook, and keep service rolling. He’s a man of few words, but if you know Blade, you know he’s always got everyone’s back.

🍽️ Maddie – If you’ve booked a table, sent us a message, or been greeted with a smile, you’ve probably met Maddie. She keeps reservations organized, tables flowing, and guests looked after—all while making sure the rest of us stay in line.

One thing you’ll notice if you spend a little time at Butterhouse? There’s never a shortage of laughs. Rob and Maddie are always keeping each other entertained, Blade quietly shakes his head at the two of them, and somehow, everything still comes together perfectly.

That’s the beauty of a small team—we work hard, we laugh often, and we genuinely love what we do.

A little snapshot from our very first event at The Butter House.

From thoughtfully prepared dishes to carefully paired wines, and great conversation around our table, our first wine dinner was everything we hoped it would be.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the evening so special.
