Catered a private event tonight. Unfortunately we had a problem with the fryers but the host said not to worry about it because they had lots of salads to fill up on. The burgers were a huge hit and even got a round of applause when the DJ thanked me for the food. Thanks to Eric for letting me cater this evening. Too busy to get any photos though plus it was dark when we started serving
