Greenhouse update! Everything is growing well, but we are battling some pests in the greenhouse. This happens on occasion because there are no natural predators inside.
We garden “organically” and therefore order beneficial insects to help battle the pests, instead of spraying pesticides.

I personally wait to plant until the beginning of June. Most plants don’t like temps under 10•c at night (it stunts their growth!). I’m happy to hold on to any plants you want for another two weeks.

Seed starting is officially underway! Peppers, celery, herbs, broccoli, cauliflower, and our greenhouse English cucumbers are in. Slightly late but they still have plenty of time before we plant outdoors the beginning of June. Can’t wait to play in the gardens 🌱 ☀️ 🫑 🌿
