Hello Everyone!

I can’t believe August is over and we are heading into school season. There’s been a few weeks’ break since our July show. I hope everyone managed to get some fun downtime with family and friends during the break.

Our September Spotacular show is coming up quickly and it’s shaping up to be one you won’t want to miss. Stall bookings must be done by September 4 to avoid late fees. Our stake classes are $300 added this year and we will have a catered exhibitors’ dinner on the Saturday evening. Pulled pork, chicken, salads and desserts are on the menu! During dinner we will hold a brief nomination meeting to fill a few vacancies on next year’s board. If you are interested in joining the board, please let a current board member know.

The OPHC is doing a few things to ‘give back’ to our exhibitors at this show. All youth will be exempt from entry fees with a paid stall and an OPHC membership. Stake classes will not be included for the free entries. In addition, OPHC will be covering the U.S. exchange rate on all APHA fees charged.

I’ll be sidelined at this show with a minor injury, but I’ll be there to cheer everyone on!

🎉 YOUTH SHOW FREE IN SEPTEMBER. 🎉

That's not a typo. Our September Youth Incentive means every Youth exhibitor shows for FREE at the September Spotacular. 🐴

All you need:
✅ An OPHC membership
✅ A paid stall

That's it. Zero entry fees.

Sept 19 & 20 — no financial reason to sit this one out. Whether it's your youth's first show or their fiftieth, the gate's open.

We want to see the next generation in that ring, and this is us putting our money where our mouth is. 💛
