Theme: Strawberry, Earl Grey & Chocolate
A special-order shortcake combining three flavours: fresh strawberries, Earl Grey and chocolate.
Cocoa génoise soaked with an Earl Grey syrup, layered with Earl Grey Chantilly cream and fresh Québec strawberries.
