We’ve been keeping busy these last few months! From rolling burritos, to tossing salads, to rolling out dough, to slinging sandwiches, our chefs lent their skills and showed up in a big way to prepare food for Resilience, The Open Door and Projets Autochtones du Québec. Here are some pics from our last few events!

HUGE thank you to everyone who took part, it’s been such a blast to see friends new and old!

Special thank yous to:
for donating locally grown produce like kale, tomatoes and beans 🥬
for organizing Culture Shock and supporting us 🫶
for the use of their kitchen space and donations of bread and produce 🍞
Bryanna and Ella for driving enormous cans of tuna (among other things) downtown 🐟💙

We’re doing one more sandwich cook this year on December 11, come through and say hi! More info coming soon 👀

Join us this upcoming Monday for a sandwich-making extravaganza! We’re hosting our first in-person cook of the fall next Monday, September 25 at St. Jax Centre, and we’d love to see you there — whether it’s your first time joining or you’re a seasoned sandwich-slinging pro.

On the menu: PB&J, ham & cheese, tuna salad and chickpea salad! Everything we prepare will be delivered to and at the end of the evening.

We’ll be there from 3-6pm with two shifts to ensure as many folks as possible can participate. Simply fill out the google form with your availability by Sunday 9am. Spots are limited, so it’s first come first serve. We also ask participants to wear masks while in the kitchen to help keep everyone safe - we’ll have some extras on hand for you if you need!

Special thanks to for the use of their kitchen space and for their donation of fresh produce!

SEE YOU THERE 🎉

CCC would really appreciate it if you could fill out a quick survey! 💗

https://forms.gle/azLhJ4yqUYwFKCAGA

As we’re about to celebrate our third anniversary (!), the organizing team is exploring new ways of structuring our group and our activities to be smoother for both us and our amazing volunteers, and - most importantly - to better meet the needs of Open Door, Resilience, and Projets Autochtones Du Québec.

We're seeking your feedback to ensure that any restructuring is guided by the folks who have been involved with CCC and helped make it what it is today.

The survey shouldn't take more than a few minutes, and all the questions are optional. The form will close next Saturday.

Feel free to message us if you have any comments, further suggestions, etc.

Thanks folks! We'll keep you updated on upcoming events, see you soon 🤩
