Today's special Item was Khatta Dhokla and Khaman Dhokla! This is a fluffy, melt-in-your-mouth savoury cake (for the lack of a better word) that is made with chickpea flour or durum wheat flour. This is eaten as an accompaniment to a meal or sometimes as a light dinner in western India.
