This is Tojásos Nokedli, one of the most loved comfort foods in Hungary. Homemade nokedli mixed with eggs and served with a fresh green salad. It’s simple, affordable, and reminds me of my childhood every single time.

This is exactly how my mom and grandma made it, and now it’s one of those recipes I keep making for my own family.
