Our sea salt from Mani, Greece, is excellent because the region's isolated, rocky coastline creates pristine Mediterranean waters rich in minerals. Hand-harvested and sun-dried, it is completely unrefined and free of additives. This retains natural trace elements, giving it a delicate crunch and a clean, briny flavor perfect as a gourmet finishing salt.

Myth: You can’t fry with extra virgin olive oil
Fact: You absolutely can.

Extra virgin olive oil has a smoke point that’s suitable for most everyday cooking methods, including pan-frying and shallow frying. It’s also naturally rich in antioxidants and healthy monounsaturated fats, which help it remain stable during cooking.

The key is to avoid overheating any oil. For typical home cooking temperatures, EVOO is an excellent choice that delivers both flavor and nutrition.
