Vegan with taste
We are a vegan couple who likes good food prepared at home, with fresh ingredients, and in an ethical key. Even if we both work and have little time to cook, we love to spend time in the kitchen together as a way of de-stressing from our day.
Together or alone, we like to veganize traditional dishes from different countries and also experiment new things, from the easiest to the more sophisticated.
As a Canadian who has absorbed the French vibes of Montreal, I love adding a touch of class to my meals, even if it’s something messy.
Simona is Italian, and brings to her cooking all the culinary tradition of her country. Together, we have lived in different European and American countries, picking up local food cultures and integrating them in our daily cooking to add variety to our diets.
