Oh the food!! On this trip we discovered many new dishes, some typical of the region we were in. Rabbit, black truffle, fried bread, veal cheeks, veal tartar, gluten free hazelnut cake, homemade mayo, new kinds of homemade pasta and I’m sure there’s even more that I’m missing right now.
All this to say,
I AM INSPIRED,

First tasting on day 1, we tasted 5 w**es
Second tasting day 1, tasted w**es. Day 2, I think it was 7 different bottles!

Arrived in this stunning B&B Robert sitting on our deck with this incredible scenery behind him.
Absolutely breath taking views in this case, travelling across w**e regions, can only come from very high points. Not easy for me but made it through 4 days of driving up and down mountains and valleys. Italy, you are beautiful 😍
