Simple ingredients can make for some delicious bread!

Don't like a hard crust? Add some oil.
Don't like super sour sourdough? Add honey.
Don't want bread to go moldy in two days? Add just a few grams of apple c***r vinegar.

Honey can also help keep bread from going stale and adds more color to a loaf faster.
