Her classes are a heartfelt celebration of her mother's traditional vegetarian Indian recipes, sharing generations of culinary wisdom with the wider community. Mansi's focus is on providing an immersive, hands-on experience: participants not only master authentic Indian dishes but also engage in shared storytelling, fostering strong community bonds over the stove. Each class culminates in enjoying a hot, communal meal prepared together. Mansi's mission is to demonstrate that food, heritage, and connection are best shared, turning simple recipes into cherished memories.

An evening filled with learning, laughter, conversations, and cooking together some traditional Indian dishes. We made Chickpea Masala Curry, Naan Breads, Paapdi-Potato Chaat, and Mango Dryfruit Shrikhand. Grateful for the collaboration with FireLoch. Their stunning space made the cooking event so enjoyable. Cooking the hot Naan breads in the outdoor oven was the best highlight for us! ❤️🙌🏻✨

A fun evening of cooking, learning and conversations with the lovely group (First Year Dal Med Students) in collaboration with the Healthy Pictou County Nicole ER LeBlanc…Thank you for the opportunity and continuous support! 🙏🏻✨

We enjoyed making Paalak Paneer Masala Curry (Spinach and cottage cheese masala curry), Mango Shrikhand (Hung curd based summer delight), and Paapad (a crunchy side snack)👩🏻‍🍳🥭
