apple pie meets chai, in cookie form. warm spices, apple + very cozy fall behaviour.

🤎 JESS’: Chai Toffee
chai + buttery toffee because personally i think everything is better with toffee involved.

we tried to ease into fall. then we turned cinnabuns and blueberry danishes into drinks, stuffed a cookie with dulce de leche, kept banana pudding around and brought back three old favourites for a little while.

so that went well.

back by popular demand (aka we missed them too) ✨

last august, gochujang caramel + black sesame had their moment. so naturally, we had to bring them back for a lil encore. both are limited time only 👀

🍪 dulce de leche churro
cinnamon sugar + gooey dulce de leche centre

🍓 stuffed strawberry matcha
earthy matcha cookie stuffed with a creamy strawberry centre (replacing our matcha latte 🍪)

🌶️ gochujang caramel
sweet, salty, caramel-y + just enough gochujang heat to keep things interesting

🖤 black sesame
nutty, roasty, slightly sweet + one of those flavours that just gets better with every bite

ever since we started BAK’D, andy and i have created a new cookie every month and battled it out for bragging rights.

we started with IG story polls but thought maybe this month we switch it up 🤭

this month’s battle:

🤎 Chai Crème Brûlée
Warm chai spices, vanilla bean pastry cream, and a caramelized brûléed sugar top.

🧡 Stuffed Dulce de Leche Churro
A cinnamon sugar churro cookie stuffed with gooey dulce de leche and rolled in buttery cinnamon sugar.
