Good Morning Friends ☀️

It’s Monday, the sun is shining, and I think it’s going to be a wonderful day! 👩‍🌾

I have to make a trip to the farm store for shavings for the coop, and hay for Bluey 🐇

I’m hoping to see some pips within the next day or two coming from the quail eggs! Excited to meet the new little babies! 🐦

The four chicks I already have, I think I’ve determined two are male and two are female judging by their feather colouring on their chest.

Anyway! I hope everyone has a great start to their week! 💗

Good Morning & Happy Saturday! ☀️

Today started out interesting to say the least 🤣

I went to feed and water the quail this morning, and the top was half off the brooder somehow, and one was missing 😵‍💫

Thankfully it was making a loud noise and I found it in the old bathroom just walking around.

Never a dull moment around this funny farm 🤣

A few months ago, my Mom ran an idea by me about something called “The Kindness Box”.

Think back to 2020 during Covid when the “wine fairy” was a thing, and then just imagine that but 10000 times better!!! 😍

The idea is to make someone’s day, weather it be someone you know and love or a complete stranger. Fill up a box or a bag with goodies you think the person would love and then gift it to them! 🥰

So imagine my surprise today when I showed up to my Mom’s to grab stuff for my kids and this amazing box was waiting for me!!! My day was instantly made!

She doesn’t want any recognition, and she’s not looking to make money off of this idea. The idea is to spread kindness to someone when sometimes kindness seems to be lacking nowadays. ❤️
