We were blown away at the market today — both literally from the wind and from all the support 🍁

What a whirlwind the past few weeks have been.

Syrup season on the farm came a little later this year, and today we finally had a chance to pull the taps. While we make a small batch just for ourselves here on the property, the syrup that goes into Sappy is proudly sourced from larger local producers whenever we can.

Now—not to get too Sappy—but getting things back up and running this season came with a few obstacles. We had to make the tough call to cut a couple of flavours (Grapefruit and Blueberry), but we’re excited to introduce something new and refreshing: Strawberry. We’ve also made the switch to labeled cans, giving things a cleaner, more polished look.

Yesterday marked our relaunch at the Powassan Maple Syrup Festival, and what a day it was. Huge thank you to everyone who came out and to the people behind the scenes who make it all happen. It meant a lot to see so many familiar faces and share Sappy with you again.

Stay tuned—we’ve got more coming. New locations, new events, and plenty of Sappy ahead.
