At Otter Creek Farms, we raise the very highest quality of Wagyu beef to satisfy the discerning palate. All of our breeding stock can be traced back to Japan, home of the Wagyu breed. Our cattle are raised on the family farm in Kingston, ON using traditional farming methods. The cattle, are hormone and antibiotic free, are raised and finished on pasture, alongside a traditional Japanese based feed

ration. All our steak purchases include cooking instructions for your steaks. Properly cooked steaks are key to unlocking the flavour of our beef. From our family to yours, it's a pleasure to serve you.
